The Mechanics, and the fuel….
A music analogy/framework is the basis for what we do, and how we do it! Read on!
We connect and network Global Improvement Artists. In a Network, an Ecosystem, and the Improvement Industry!
There are many networks, communities, clusters out there. They are doing some great work.
Our difference, what makes us unique, is the starting point of having a music framework for what we do.
We’re not just convenors, or facilitators, or even ‘experts’. We are practitioners, bringing together other practitioners.
We look for Improvement Creators. Those out there doing it, ‘performing’. In the shower, on the stage, in the stadium.
The expectation is this: That they have agency, they are already on their own journey.
We connect the dots, bring people together… orchestrate, compose and produce….. connections, intersections, collaborations…. that mean these people meet each other, strengthening, themselves, each other, and the bigger picture. From these meet ups we accelerate, amplify and expand, and leverage our collective work for a greater whole, better stories! Better Improvement Works of Art!

- Exchanges/Royalties | Non linear, royalties on connection wins, exchanges in kind, IOUs. Relational, relies on a trust model.
- Tix/Commissions| More traditional. Tickets/entry passes, commissions for projects, fixer fees. Participation costs.
- Sponsorship/Supporters | Big picture. Sponsorship/patrons/supporters payments. Contributions.
