I’ve had a career working in music, contracting, improvement and global collaboration/networking.
Being a generalist, working a different way to the norm, having a gig mindset, a portfolio career approach! Before it all became a thing!
I have always been curious about work, what people are doing, why, how, who’s doing it better, how does that work, and how can we collaborate together on it. I’m always asking how can we connect active improvement artists/practitioners, to share and learn, be more together. Physically based in Auckland, New Zealand/Aotearoa. (Means Land of the Long White Cloud in Maori). The world is definitely a global one!
People tell me I have a unique way of putting things, asking questions from a perspective that others don’t. Bubbly with unending enthusiasm. I’ve always been like that. Going on mahi (work) adventures, finding amazing people, doing things better in collaboration. There are so many interesting stories to hear and people to meet.
I started this Network idea in 2013, (well actually probably informally a lot earlier than that)! It has morphed and grown as it has been co-created by all the amazing people out there!
The possibilities, the potential, but also the opportunities are just so exciting and energising! Cheers Trish
